Don’t worry we don’t operate a sink or swim training course, we have a structured induction training program followed by on the job desk coaching and group workshops targeted at the key areas to make you as successful as possible.

We tailor a training program specific to your needs and ambitions, supported by ad hoc requirements and one-on-one hands on training.

Recruitment and Employment Confederation

We offer the REC Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice (QCF) to all our consultants once they have completed there first year with Jubilee this qualification will help to increase personal effectiveness by providing practical and directed learning that will add value to the service you provide to clients and candidates.

Jubilee values The REC Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice (QCF) as an industry-recognised qualification at the QCF level 3, which is equivalent to A-Levels on the framework.
