Jubilee values The REC Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice (QCF) as an industry-recognised qualification at the QCF level 3, which is equivalent to A-Levels on the framework. The qualification will give you commercial edge and has content based on extensive industry feedback, and it will enable you to build knowledge and skills around the fundamentals of recruitment.
